Voters and Mail: 5 Insights to Boost Your Campaign

The Postal Service and the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) launch new study on American behaviors and attitudes toward mail and what it means for political campaigns

Did you know that eighty-six percent of registered voters check their mailboxes at least 5 times per week? But how do Americans interact with their mail as they sort, read and process it?

After an election cycle where political mail volume and spending reached record highs, the Postal Service teamed up with the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) to find out.

Based on discussions with AAPC members and recent surveys on how Americans interact with mail, we collaborated to publish the paper: Voters and Mail – 5 Insights to Boost Mail Impact.

For your campaign, these key takeaways could be the difference between delivering mail and delivering results.
